Faxing is often a critical part of medical practice communications. We allow for easy release of information, prescription faxing and lab order faxing directly from PatientNOW Medical Records Studio. This option may be purchased later if the initial budget is tight, but many of our clients have found the time savings involved in point and click faxing to be well worth the investment.
The system does not require a phone line in your office - which saves over $40 per month. Each fax is tracked and alerts the sender if there is a problem. Complete system is HIPAA compliant.
Price: $45/month for up to 300 pages (overage usage charged at 5¢ per page).
BarcodeNow
BarcodeNow is recommended if you plan on scanning in a lot of pre-existing documents. This can save a great deal of time - even over our already great batch scanning interface.
