PatientNow Holiday Party Giveaway: Official Rules

1. Eligibility. Open to owners, operators, and authorized decision-makers (for example, medical director, practice manager, or administrator) of a med spa, plastic surgery practice, or wellness clinic operating in the United States. Entrants must be 18 or older and legal U.S. residents.
2. Qualifying demo. To be entered, an eligible participant must attend a live demo of any PatientNow product with a PatientNow representative between 12:00 a.m. ET on October 19, 2026, and 11:59 p.m. ET on October 31, 2026. Only demos that take place within this window qualify. Scheduling a demo in this window doesn't count if the demo happens after October 31. PatientNow will decide in its sole discretion whether a participant attended a qualifying demo.
3. Existing customers. Current PatientNow customers can enter by completing a demo of a PatientNow product their practice does not currently license.
4. Recent demos. Practices that completed a PatientNow demo in the 90 days before October 19, 2026 are not eligible.
5. One entry per practice. Each practice gets one entry, no matter how many locations, attendees, or products it demos. Multi-location groups under common ownership count as one practice.
6. Exclusions. The following are not eligible: PatientNow employees, contractors, partners, resellers, and their immediate family and household members; employees of competing software vendors; and consultants or agents entering for a third party.
7. Verification. PatientNow may verify an entrant's eligibility, including practice type, business status, and the entrant's role. PatientNow may disqualify any entry it determines in its sole discretion to be ineligible, incomplete, fraudulent, or made in bad faith, including demos booked only to enter without real interest in evaluating the product.
8. Winner selection. One winner will be drawn at random from all eligible, verified entries on or about November 2, 2026. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.
9. Notification. The winner will be notified by email and/or phone and announced the week of November 2, 2026. The winner must respond and complete any required paperwork within five (5) business days. If they don't, or if they're found ineligible, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
10. Prize. One prize of $5,000 USD to be used toward the winning practice's holiday party or staff celebration. It will be paid to the practice as [check??] by [November 20, 2026]. The prize is not transferable, and no substitutions are allowed except by PatientNow, which may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes. A completed W-9 is required, and a 1099 will be issued.
11. No purchase or obligation. No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and buying anything does not improve the chances of winning. Entering does not oblige anyone to buy or use any PatientNow product, and the prize is not tied to any current or future purchase, referral, or business relationship.
12. Entrant compliance. Entrants are responsible for making sure that accepting the prize complies with their own organization's policies and any professional, ethical, or regulatory obligations that apply to them.
13. Publicity. Unless prohibited by law, the winner agrees that PatientNow may use the winning practice's name and city in announcements without further compensation. [Optional: confirm with the winner first.]
14. General. PatientNow may modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if fraud, technical problems, or other factors outside its control affect its integrity. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. PatientNow's decisions are final.
