This guide explains what hardware models and its conditions are compatible for use with Recura services.
Note: Requirements and supported models are subject to change.
Requirements
In order for devices to function properly with Recura services:
- Phones must have the minimum firmware version listed below for your device.
- Phones must follow network requirements and firewall rules to properly connect to Recura services. Contact Recura and the site network admin to finalize these details.
- Phone models not listed below are limited to inbound and outbound calls only. Recura will not be able to fully support and troubleshoot the device.
- If the phone models listed below are declared end-of-support (EOS) by their manufacturer, Recura will also no longer support these models.
- Phones brought from another carrier must be released from the previous carrier, free from vendor bootstrapping services (e.g. zero touch provisioning), and have full access to the device (such as admin PIN, password).
- Third-party branded phones and phones loaded with custom firmware are not supported.
Supported Phone Models
All models below are designated fully-feature compatible for the Recura platform. The tested model is identified in the support-basis column; other listed models are included as equivalent firmware-family models for this draft.
